*note, those in itals, are what’s in her mis/conscience
***START***
ganito yun eh "nOh"..
We are all looking to a better brighter future (Yep, yep we are..WE ALL ARE GLORY!!!)
The worst since the end of world war (worst president...?! YES!)
Uncertainty has moved like a terrible tsunami all over the world
even as we reach out those who need us, we strive for greater self reliance (ho-kay! oh teka, gumagamit ka pa nang napaka tragic & idiomatic na "tsunami" aysus!)
because tough choices were made, the crisis did not reach us (pero mare, it did!, it did!!!!)
we have the money to care for our people (.....but we will not use it -gma & the cabinet)
i thank God (I thank Him too. At least we have something in common.)
for putting the bills, i thank the taxpayers (para may makurakot pa ko, salamat, salamat)
on the one hand ito ang nakasalba sa bayan, on the other hand, unpopularity for myself (if it saved the country, then you must be praised right? but you’re not, so either of the two is wrong)
yet the polls show lowering self-perceived poverty (bakit halos lahat ng sinabi mo may numbers, eto wala?)
i spend time everyday with the underprecented (talaga? sinong underprecedented ‘yan? nakatira ba ‘yan sa Greenhills? potek!)
i care for students (siyempre, lalo na ung malapit gumraduate, kasi new taxpayers ‘yan. yehey.)
nag-aalala ako sa 41-year na padre-de-pamilya na araw-araw nagtatrabaho (ows?!)
i care for the teachers (mga bagong huhubog ng taxpayers! joskooo!)
i care for our OFWs for their skills… the only one to to loved ones so far away (remittances n’yo ha? wag na kalimutan ha?)
i said this is a global crisis where everyone is a victim (except me. yes, except me)
how do we solve this many challenges? (hindi sagot ang pag-resign ko. puh-leeze.)
first, special care and attention, targeted strategy to ease the price challenges (and to survive)
third cannot be at the expense of long-term reforms (mabilis na CHACHA. yee-ha)
una, mabawasan ang ating mga ito, to insure our fiscal independence (my fiscal independence will also be insured)
3, sapat na pondo pang-masa (masa rin ako, kasi nag-ii-spend ako ng time with them ‘di ba? show me the money)
thus the infrastructure for our poorest provinces (enumerate provinces, Samar, etc., para maniwala sila)
take away VAT and you strip our people the ride to escape food and oil crises (escape?! ampf!)
leadership is not the first thing that comes to mind, but doing the hardest (hehe, quotable na ko.
there has been a fundamental shift in economics (me master’s degree ako dito ka shaddup)
nothing will be easy the government cannot solve this problem over night (kasi tulog ako nu’n)
since 2001 new irrigation for 146 hectares has increased our agricultural land to a historic 146 hectares (hehehehehe, daming puwedeng gawing golf course)
I instructed DA to revitalize farmer’s cooperatives (revitalize LANG)
we are providing seeds at subsidized prices to help our farmers (mga farmers sa makati, ‘di ba jocjoc?)
rice production since 2000 increased twice the population growth rate (nakonek ko! genius!)
we have curbed population growth in our administration down from last administration when artificial family planning was implemented (pwes, mas magaling ako)
now we come to the future of agrarian reform (hala? may singit munang family planning? tapos AR uli? tanga ng gumawa ng speech nito. ma-fire nga mamaya.)
indeed people are happier owning the land they work (ako, i work on the Philippine land, hence, i want to own the Philippines)
agrarian reform must raise living standards, productivity will keep the farmer at his feet
i want the rackets out of agrarian reform (palakpakan… teka sinabi ko ba ‘yon?)
we have built 39 RORO ports, 12 more are to start (galing ko ‘di ba?)
this year we launched the central nautical highway (asteeg)
thank you go negosyo and joey concepcion (love you. *wink*)
last night, issue on ancestral domain (mindanao) were resolved
Pope’s encyclical reminds us: concrete love for neighbour (bakit kino-quote si Pope?)
i ask congress to allow SSS to allow housing loans beyond the limit 10% (Neri, facilitate mo ha?)
we count on epira amendments (one, two, three, count)
we are succesful in increasing energy sufficiency (huh?)
we promote natural gas and biofuels (huh?)
the renewable energy bill, has passed the house thank you congressmen and congresswomen (thank you talaga)
our costly imports like rice and oil should be offset by hard ones, and soft ones, like tourism
our world competitiveness ranking has rose by notches (ayoko lang sabihin kung ilan, secret ‘yun)
to our investors thank you for your valuable role in our developments (penge pang kotong)
i invite you to invest not only in factories and services, but in infrastructure (mas marami kotong dun)
mining companies should ensure that communities benefit and no environmental damage (…)
reforestoration we have budgeted 2 million pesos for next year (and we have pocketed…)
forests mitigate climate change (…)
we have set-up over a hundred marine sanctuaries since 2001 (hundred lang?)
Alan Amante (blah, blah, taong example)
all that is needed is to keep home clean and for public officials to stop squabbling (and keep me out of it)
i will continue to fight this battle every single day
while others are happy with headlines with accusations without evidence
the largest anti-graft fund in history for vigorous prosecution (natatakot naman ako dito…)
the conviction rate has increased 500% (*scared*)
lifestyle check has ensured prosecution and dismissals of dozens of public officials (dozens lang)
colleagues in congress, we need a more stringent anti-graft act (exempt the president, eh?)
we are three branches but one government, we are nation with one faith (…)
i care too much for our nation, (ows? especially your taxes!! hahaha!)
i will have no one’s political plans threaten our nation’s survival
our country and our people have never failed to be there for us, we must be there for them now
maraming salamat (*bunton-hininga*)
